Italy in a whirlwind

Geoffrey and I have been storming through Italy at top speed.

Venice, 2 days: relatively unimpressed on account of the tourists and the gondola prices, city on water aspect is cool, had to get out quick.

Florence, 2 days: Drank beer on the bridge, good gelato, walked a lot, pissed off because of the €10 entrance fee to see David, didn’t see it, also, €10 to get into city park, left pissed.

Rome, 2 days: really exceptional place, history like I can barely comprehend, paid €8 to see th Vatican Museums, was blown away, drank beers at the Collesium at night, met some cool German guys, saw the Spanish steps, walked a lot more.

Now we’re in paradise, a place called Praja south of the Amalfi Coast. I’ll write about it soon, for now enjoy a few photos.

Love, life, etc.,

MBG and GE
